		<description>As i understand it, Iranian law says that no one can be held for more than a month without formal charges, though often this imprisonment is renewed without charges from month to month for Baha&#039;is.  However, in this case the authorities have admitted that they have determined to keep Mr Kashfi longer than allowed.  Charges are a cheap currency in Iran, so this is just to show their freedom to punish the family also.  The veils are indeed being dropped.</description>
